Glen Reid – General Manager
Glen, our general manager, brings over 20 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing to Reid Produce Co. He oversaw the company’s expansion into a larger Omahu Road facility while investing in advanced processing lines and freezing technology that paved the way for international exports. Today, Glen leads daily operations and supply chain innovation, ensuring every order meets the highest standards and building lasting partnerships across New Zealand and the Asia-Pacific.
Fiona Reid – Chief Financial Officer
Fiona brings over 25 years of chartered accounting experience across industries ranging from food and manufacturing to digital technology and banking. At Reid Produce Co., she oversees financial strategy and risk management, ensuring the business is positioned for long-term growth. Fiona’s structured, results-driven approach provides the insights and stability that allow the wider team to focus on innovation and customer relationships.
Michael Reid – Sales and Procurement Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in sales and business analysis across the food and banking sectors, Michael leads our wholesale fresh produce division. He manages key accounts and sources bespoke fruit and vegetable solutions tailored to customer needs. With a customer-focused, analytical approach, Michael builds strong partnerships across New Zealand, ensuring every order supports our clients’ growth and success. His role is also about anticipating market trends and identifying new opportunities, helping Reid Produce Co. adapt to evolving customer demands. Michael’s passion for connecting growers with businesses means he plays a vital part in strengthening both our local community and international networks.

Making exporting easy
One of the things we’re most proud of is making the export process smooth and stress-free for customers. We take care of the details, from certifications to packaging and transport, so customers know they’re receiving produce that’s ready for market. With our location just 20 km from Napier Port we are able to export to Asia-Pacific destinations.
